Does LineForge charge commission on orders?
LineForge charges 0% LineForge commission on restaurant orders. Standard payment-processing and optional delivery-provider fees apply.
What is included in Core?
Core includes online ordering, customer accounts, Kitchen Standard, Delivery Standard, core reports, one active location, and one active Menu Board per location.
What does Kitchen Pro add?
Kitchen Pro adds station and expo workflows, routing, priority, hold and recall controls, and kitchen analytics. It is included in Pro and can be selected as an upgrade with Plus.
What is the difference between Plus and Pro?
Plus adds Loyalty+, Insights Pro, Storefront Studio, and expanded Menu Boards. Pro adds Kitchen Pro, Delivery Standard+, Gift Cards Standard, and a larger Menu Board allowance on top of Plus.
Can LineForge migrate our menu?
Yes. Menu setup can be scoped around the source menu, modifiers, images, combinations, and any cleanup the restaurant wants completed.
Which products are separate add-ons?
Delivery Pro, Workforce Essentials or Pro, Reservations & Waitlist, and Multi-Location remain specialist add-ons. Several plan features can also be selected individually when they are not already included.
Who controls the payment account?
The payment flow and processor connection are confirmed during setup. Provider onboarding, settlement, disputes, reserves, and processor fees remain subject to that provider’s agreement.
What support is included?
The restaurant’s proposal and order form identify its training, support channel, staffed hours, and any additional services.
