Once the restaurant's ordering flow is ready, make it easy for guests to find the correct link. Start with the places the restaurant already controls and verify the guest experience after each change.

Your website

Add a clear Order online link near the main navigation and menu. Open it on a phone and confirm it leads to the intended location, current menu and available ordering options. Update old links after a provider change.

Your Google Business Profile

If you manage an eligible restaurant profile, review the available food-ordering links in its management interface. Add or update the restaurant's direct ordering destination where supported, and check the published result. Google controls link eligibility and display; adding a link does not guarantee a particular button or ranking. See Google's business-link guidance.

Social profiles and QR materials

Check the website or ordering fields on the social profiles you manage. Replace outdated QR destinations on signs, packaging or printed materials when you have authority to change them. Keep a list of these placements for the next update.

Make the destination trustworthy

The restaurant name, location, branding, service hours and pickup instructions should agree across the profile and ordering page. Avoid sending guests to an unrelated location or a page that requires staff credentials.

Measure what helps

Use source-tagged links where your reporting supports them and review real completed orders. Keep personal customer data out of tracking URLs. Recheck the public links after a domain, provider or menu change.
